Chris Lemmon

Chris Lemmon is an Office Property Specialist with Newmark Knight Frank and specializes in the leasing and sale of offices in the Sacramento and South Placer County areas. His client services include needs analysis, market studies and negotiating lease and purchase contracts. Chris also specializes in assisting tenants in the growing Sacramento technology sector by representing them in acquisition of new facilities.

Chris began his career with CB Richard Ellis in 2003 as an intern for CBRE’s Private Client Investment Group in San Diego. After graduating from San Diego State University, Chris returned to Sacramento and joined Newmark Knight Frank. As a fourth generation Sacramentan, Chris brings a long history and knowledge of Sacramento to his clients.

In 2006 Chris transferred to the Roseville office and has since earned the distinction of being honored as a “Top 3 Performer” in the Roseville Office. Some of Chris’ clients include: GMAC Mortgage, Agoura Technologies, TA Associates, Mourier Land Investment Corporation, United Insurance Group Agency Inc, Opus West, Velocity Venture Capital, , Hogue, Pacific Pulmonary Services, Remedy Staffing, Bellhaven Realty, and Farmers Insurance.

Chris is a member of the Active 20/30 Club of Sacramento, a service organization that raises money for underprivileged children in the Sacramento area.
